Kundalini Yoga Class Mondays at 6:30 am ET on Zoom. Everyone is welcome here. ABOUT KUNDALINI YOGA Kundalini Yoga is a powerful, transformative practice that enhances awareness, balance, and well-being. It combines physical postures, breathing exercises, meditation, and mantras to strengthen the glandular and nervous systems, improve cognitive function, and foster a stronger mind-body connection. Kundalini Yoga provides the necessary tools to cope successfully with the challenges and stresses of modern times. By engaging with this practice, you can embark on a practical path to achieve greater consciousness and inner peace. WHAT TO WEAR Wear comfortable, loose clothing made of natural fibers that allow easy movement. Bring layers, as your body temperature may fluctuate during the practice. You do not need special yoga clothing for this class. WHAT TO BRING Bring the following items to class if you have them available: Yoga or exercise mat Warm + nourishing drink Kleenex Journal + Pen Blanket to support you in poses or keep you warm Candle (optional) CLASS STRUCTURE The following will be the general structure of our 75-minute class: Tune In Warm-Up Exercises Short Flow Sequence Breathwork Meditation Relaxation & Integration Closing Blessing Ground the Body + Reset the Nervous System Journaling
