KOAD GROVE COLLECTIVE
Koad is the Celtic Ogham that means The Grove. The word represents a sacred space in nature where a community can connect through ceremony and celebration. It's a place where we can learn to be mindful and live in alignment with our intuition using ritual and the practice of yoga. An environment that draws upon the collective knowledge and energy of the group to facilitate healing and understanding.

When we heal ourselves, we heal our community.
At Koad Grove Collective, our practice is deeply connected to the roots of yoga and honors its origin and teachings. In its fullest expression, yoga balances the body, mind, and spirit and returns us to our divine essence. That's why we explore all eight limbs, not just the asanas or physical practice.
Develop your yoga practice on and off the mat.
Yoga at Koad Grove Collective is a safe place for beginners, especially men and athletes, who want to explore a yoga practice but feel intimidated because you've been taught to believe you need to be flexible or have a specific body type. Everyone is welcome here.
Our classes teach you how to incorporate all aspects of yoga into your daily life. Each session includes yoga poses, breathing exercises, meditation, and journaling. We'll also explore yogic philosophies like the chakras, the Yamas (moral disciplines), the Niyamas (observances), and mindfulness, to name a few.
Yoga That's Accessible for Everyone
At Koad Grove, we offer group classes and one-on-one sessions, both in-person and online. We also hope to share access to our video library soon.
We want everyone to have access to a meaningful yoga practice. Group classes are donation-based. We request a minimum donation of $15 but understand that may not be feasible for some. Therefore, if you aren't in a position to donate at this time, please use code KARMAYOGA to waive the minimum donation at checkout.
Private one-hour classes for individuals are $80.
